We hope to have our annual Spring Plant Sale
over the first Bank Holiday weekend in May,
Covid restrictions permitting!
Due to Covid-19 restrictions we have had to alter our usual Christmas Eve Service, and are planning a modified version with reduced congregation numbers to allow for appropriate distancing and safety.
Our present plans are: live music to be provided by The Weaver Quintet, there will be the usual readings, a little recorded music and some lighting effects. It is unlikely that communal carol singing will be allowed.
Because of restrictions on the number of people that will be allowed to congregate in the Church, attendance at this service will be by free ticket only. Please phone 01270 522353 for ticket reservations, which will be issued on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. We are presently awaiting guidance on the numbers that may attend.
No entry on the night without a reservation. Congregation are to be seated by 7.25pm. Please wear a mask – hand sanitiser will be provided at the door.
Details may have to change depending on further guidance from H.M. Government and the Church of England. Significant alterations will be posted on St Bartholomew’s and the Village’s website
Our Harvest Festival is joined with Cafe Church at 11am and food donations for the foodbank will be gladly accepted.
